1.1. Service Provider
Seagate is a certified Dutch-operated snorkeling and diving center based in Hurghada, Egypt, offering guided snorkeling tours and related services.

1.2. Eligibility
Our services are open to guests of all ages, but all participants must be able to swim. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

2. Bookings and Payments

2.1. Booking Process
Bookings can be made online through our website or by contacting us directly. Bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email.

2.2. Payments
Payments are due upon booking unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and local currency. All payments are secure and handled by trusted third-party providers.

2.3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Customer Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the trip are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the trip may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Company Cancellations: In the unlikely event that we must cancel a trip due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you a choice of a full refund or rescheduling to a different date.

3. Health and Safety

3.1. Medical Conditions
Participants must inform us of any relevant medical conditions, such as respiratory or heart issues, before the trip. Safety is our priority, and our guides reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit for snorkeling.

3.2. Safety Equipment
All necessary snorkeling equipment, including masks, snorkels, fins, and wetsuits, will be provided. Life jackets are available on request.

3.3. Liability Waiver
By participating in our snorkeling tours, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with water activities and agree to release Seagate and its employees from any liability for injury, loss, or damage during the trip, except where caused by our negligence.

4. Conduct and Responsibilities

4.1. Code of Conduct
We expect all guests to respect the marine environment, avoid touching corals and marine animals, and follow the instructions provided by our guides.

4.2. Personal Property
Seagate is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought on the trip.

5. Privacy Policy
